Patient Satisfaction

At HGH, patient safety and satisfaction are our top priority—both in the hospital and in our outpatient areas. To measure the satisfaction of our patients, we ask them to complete a survey at the time they are discharged. It’s our goal to survey the majority of our patients to be sure we have an accurate picture of our performance. We use the feedback from the surveys to recognize staff, improve the care we provide, and learn other things about the patient care experience at HGH.

The surveys are provided by a third-party survey organization, Qualitick. We receive weekly update reports, which allow us to act quickly if we fell short of providing a great patient experience.

Patients that stated they were "Very Satisfied" on satisfaction surveys:

  • Inpatient – 82.3% (n=42)
  • Rural Health Clinics – 91.1% (n=159)
