This Saturday, July 27, local youth athletes are invited to get a free
physical examination from Humboldt General Hospital.
For the fifth year in a row, HGH will offer free sports physicals to all
Lowry High School, McDermitt High School, Winnemucca Junior High School
and Humboldt County youth sports organization athletes who will participate
in school-sanctioned or community sports.
Additionally, any other youth in need of physical examinations for other
activities such as scouting are invited to participate.
Youth may stop by anytime between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the main floor of
Humboldt General Hospital's new medical office building. Students
will be served on a first-come, first-served basis; no appointments will
be scheduled. Last check-in time is 5 p.m.
Free physicals will only be offered during the physical exam clinic and
will not be available free of charge from HGH providers following the
event. Students should bring their physical examination form with them.
All students must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
