Cheryl Robertson, one of HGH's great lab staff members, took the time to share some very kind and lovely thoughts about Kayhlin Hager, who works in admitting and ER reception. Read on for a real, feel-good moment:
"Kayhlin is such an asset to Humboldt General Hospital. She is always polite and willing to help. I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the continuous quality service she provides. Often times, I become extremely busy within the laboratory, and require additional help in contacting IT, needing additional information on a patient or updating information on a patient in the system that may need correction on his or her status. I must say the correct and prompt support extended by Kayhlin is appreciated. She is always courteous, and willing to help. If I call her and need assistance or have questions, she answers all my questions and in a polite and supportive manner throughout the call. You should certainly feel proud of such resources, which can bring in goodwill for the company. I appreciate the way you have trained Kayhlin Hager and the way she is following her responsibility confidently. Keep up the good work. Once again, thank you for the good service and as always, I wish Kayhlin Hager a lot of success."
Very nice! Thank you for taking the time to share, Cheryl.
