From noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, February 15, Humboldt General Hospital will
welcome local physical therapist Chad Backus who will present: “20
Hacks: How to Sneak More Exercise Into Your Day.”
The free lunch presentation is the first in the 2018 lineup of “Healthy
Year, Healthy You” seminars that take place on the third Thursday
of each month.
All presentations are held in the hospital’s Sarah Winnemucca Conference
Room. There is no charge to attend, and all ages are welcome.
This month, Lucero said all participants will be entered into a drawing
for one of three tote bags filled with National Heart Month giveaways.
“This is going to be a fun hour together,” she said, “but
we also want our guests to leave better prepared to guard their heart
health by making small but important decisions in how they choose to move.”
