Burning Man 2020 will take place Sunday, August 30, through Monday, September 7, in northern Nevada's Black Rock Desert. Black Rock City, which is co-created by 75,000 participants over the week-long event, becomes a one-of-a-kind temporary metropolis dedicated to art and community.

Humboldt General Hospital EMS Rescue is once again working with CrowdRX, Inc. to provide Advanced Life Support ground medical services and transport for injured or ill residents of Black Rock City. We are now recruiting potential applicants to work from Friday, August 28, through Wednesday, September 9. If you are a Paramedic, AEMT, EMT or Radiologic Technologist, please join us for this amazing experience. Check out the information below and apply.

Apply Now

We would love for you to work with us. All Burning Man applicants will be vetted through a three-step process: application review, schedule availability and event/shift confirmation.

Step 1: Fill out an application: Burning Man Application

Step 2: If your qualifications and eligibility match our current needs, we will send you three shifts to check your availability. This does not mean you are hired; it simply means we are verifying if your availability matches our current needs. HGH EMS Rescue requires a 3-shift minimum to be hired. The more availability you have, the better your chances of being hired.

Step 3: If your availability matches our needs, our staffing coordinator will send you a confirmation of your scheduled shifts. You must respond stating that you have received your schedule and will report to your scheduled shifts. At that point, you are hired. Congratulations!
